Any agent placing an order for sign installation is responsible for notifying C&D if there are any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, invisible fences, or other buried lines or obstructions on the property.

C&D will take all reasonable care during installation; however, C&D is not responsible for any damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fences, or other property features that were not disclosed before installation.

By submitting an order, the agent or client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for providing this information and agrees to hold C&D harmless for any resulting damages or repair costs.
