I acknowledge that Oakley Sign Installation is not liable for any damage to irrigation, sewer, or gas lines that may be installed underground on the service property. I understand that it is my responsibility to physically mark and communicate any at-risk utilities buried on the property prior to the installation service.

I accept that any costs incurred due to damage from unmarked utilities will be the responsibility of myself or my sponsoring brokerage.

All agents and Oakley Sign Installation users acknowledge that Oakley Sign Installation (OSI) is not liable for any damage to irrigation, sewer, or gas lines that may be installed underground on the service property. Any agent or customer of OSI accepts that by using OSI services, any costs incurred due to damage from unmarked utilities will be the responsibility of the customer or the customer's sponsoring brokerage.
