PLEASE NOTICE:
As of 3/21/25, customers who order signs to be installed in neighborhoods whose Homeowners Associations (HOA) do not allow signs to be installed in yards will be charged a $50 penalty fee upon sign removal. Please gain HOA approval before submitting installation orders to avoid this penalty fee.

I acknowledge that Superior Sign Service, LLC (“3S”) is not liable for any damage or other losses that may occur arising out of or related to sign placement in areas specified by the party placing the order (including, by way of example and not limitation, damage to underground utility lines, electric pet fences, sprinkler systems, property, etc.) and that 3S shall be indemnified and held harmless by customer relating to any such matters.

I acknowledge that signposts are the sole property of 3S and signposts that are missing upon removal will be charged with a missing signpost fee per signpost; such amounts will be invoiced to customers.

I acknowledge that failure to pay invoices for installation, removal or repair orders will result in future orders being suspended in the sole discretion of 3S until payment is made. Delinquent invoices shall accrue interest at the prime rate of interest plus 2% and may result in legal action; customers shall be responsible for reimbursing any legal expenses incurred by 3S relating to the collection of delinquent invoices.
